How it works

Prepare your proposal at your own pace and follow each step in your account.

  1. Create your account

Create an individual or organization account. Joining the creator database is optional and does not require submitting a proposal.

  2. Develop your proposal

Choose an open call and prepare the idea, audience, distribution plan and budget. Your draft is saved to your account.

  3. Submit and track

Review your answers and confirm submission. Your reference number confirms registration; the status is available in your account.

  4. Check the results

Follow the published ranking and next steps. If the approved amount changes, you decide whether to accept the offer.

Each call has its own deadline. Saving a draft does not reserve a place or confirm submission.

Before you start

Who can participate?

Creators and people representing companies or organizations can register. Each call specifies its intended audience and participation requirements.

Is an account the same as joining the creator database?

No. You can have an account, take courses and submit proposals without joining the database. Joining is optional, requires at least one social profile, and can be ended from your panel without cancelling proposals.

Do I need a CNPJ?

Not to create an account or join the creator database. Each call states whether it accepts individuals or requires an organization with a Brazilian CNPJ. The Electric cars in Brazil call requires a CNPJ.

Can I continue a proposal later?

Yes. Your draft is saved in your account and can be resumed on another device after signing in. A draft is not a submission: you must confirm submission and receive a reference number before the deadline.

How are proposals evaluated?

The team organizes the review according to the call rules. Methods can include written reviews, overall scores, weighted criteria or ranking. Published results identify selected and reserve proposals.

What if the approved amount differs from my request?

Your account shows the offer amount and conditions. You can accept or decline. When acceptance is required, selection and payment details are only enabled after you confirm.

What does reserve status mean?

Your proposal is on the call’s waiting list. The team may invite it if a place becomes available or the selection changes. Follow the status in your account.

Where do I find updates?

Your reference number, status and proposal history are in your account. Selection notices are sent to the email of the person responsible for registration. Keep your contact details up to date.

Who can see my payment details?

The responsible account and the authorized INDICA team. Bank accounts and Pix keys are excluded from public rankings and general registration exports.

Need help?

Contact the team and include your reference number if you have already submitted a proposal. Do not send passwords or bank details by email.
